The startup needed to streamline lead generation and conversion processes while managing customer onboarding and licensing operations across multiple touchpoints. Their existing systems lacked integration, resulting in disconnected marketing campaigns, manual sales workflows, and no unified customer portal for license management.

Solution

Engineering Square implemented a full Salesforce ecosystem spanning Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Social media campaigns using Clearbit and Marketing Cloud achieved high conversion rates from prospect to qualified lead. Email-based lead journeys were created in Journey Builder with channel integration for automated lead capture. Sales Cloud was configured with Zoom CTI integration, Salesforce CPQ quoting engine, and DocuSign CLM for contract lifecycle management. A customer portal was built on Experience Cloud with a custom License Management application and feedback survey integration.
