Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
- Maintain all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Sandbox environment management
- DevOps Center and overall release management experience
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
- Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- User support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption and new user and ongoing user training
- Technical documentation
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including [e.g. Amazon Connect, Amazon PinPoint, DocuSign, Conga, etc]
Required Skills:
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Experience Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and experience in working with APIs and data synchronization
- Expertise with data analytics and reporting tools within Salesforce (e.g., Reports and Dashboards)
